• Agree with client on renumeration process and acceptance of a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU).

• Gather data from Client  and Utility bodies such as Alinta Gas, Water Corporation and Western Power

• Preliminary assessment of likely areas of high savings and/or reduction of ongoing overheads, due to water, electricity, gas and diesel and with regards to Process servicing, Service integration, possible Special Agreements, Fire servicing, Liquid disposal, Flow attenuation, Steam production and any other high energy or water demand requirements.

• Detailed investigation of high saving areas and the production and presentation of report to Client.

• Renegotiation of Contracts and Special agreements to achieve maximum advantages wherever necessary

Renumeration To Auditor

Reumeration for the Audit can be by either :

• Fixed fee (Mutual Agreement)

• 100 % of the proven net saving for a 12 month period. (Detailed in MOU)

• An equally shared value of the net saving with the Client over a 24 month period. (Detailed in MOU)
